Accurate space planning is crucial to maximising your new or existing premises and Precise Projects can offer a variety of space planning services – from reviewing your existing accommodation layouts to encompass an internal “churn”, or to space planning your new accommodation to achieve its maximum capacity. We can either plan the space using your existing furniture/storage or if you have the budget for new furniture, we can design the layout from scratch, providing you with detailed CAD and PDF layout plans.
If your Project Designer already offers this service, Precise Projects can act as the link person within your organisation, to ensure that each department or team’s requirements are planned effectively, in conjunction with the Designer, as this process can be very time consuming and requires knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Regulations.
