Janet Lees, Director of Precise Projects, has over 30 years’ experience in premises management, within both the private and public sector and, after recognising a distinct need in the market to outsource relocation management services, she formed Precise Projects in late 2007. 

We have gradually expanded our support team to offer a wider service to our Clients by engaging a select number of experienced Senior Project Managers who have grown with the business and fully understand the ethos behind Precise Projects, in our mission to provide standards of excellence. Our Project Managers all have their own area of expertise, including space-planning, surveying, building management, logistics and construction management but can also all manage every aspect within the relocation chain equally. 

Our role is to manage the key co-ordination tasks required in your relocation or refurbishment project so that you and your team can concentrate on your core business needs.

Due to our Project Management and Health and Safety qualified team, we can also offer you appropriate guidance in order to comply with the Health and Safety Workplace Regulations when planning your new accommodation.
