Client – CWP NHS Foundation Trust, Crewe
Project Brief:-Full Space Planning service, Furniture Audits and Relocation Management Services to relocate several Mental Health Wards to a new hospital site, with time restrictions, ensuring no service disruption to the patients.

Project Brief:- Relocation Management services to include the procurement and set-up of Telephony, IT, Audio Visual, Utilities and general Facilities Management Services in respect of the operational set-up of new build office premises.

Client:- Mersey Care NHS Trust, Hesketh Centre, Southport
Project Brief: – To head up the Design Team in taking forward a refurbishment scheme, to include several areas within the Centre, whilst ensuring that the day to day operations of the Centre were unaffected. Remit included full Project liaison with Client Representatives, Design Team, Contractors, End Users to ensure the scheme was carried out to the required specification and budget.

Project Brief:- Full Project Management services to oversee large-scale refurbishment scheme including tendering/management of Contractors. Together with detailed Relocation Management Services to include Project Planning/Programming, CAD Space Planning, Supplier Management/Procurement and Logistics planning.

Project Brief:- Oversee fit-out of new headquarter premises in a 6 week time frame. Negotiation of FM contracts to service offices, procurement of all FF&E to create a high standard of corporate image to deadline. Target date successfully achieved

Client: Mentor Graphics, Altrincham
Project Brief:- To project manage the fit-out of new premises and subsequent relocation for 150 staff. Liaise with lead architect in respect of the design/corporate image and to ensure that the design specification was met. SLA contract negotiation with suppliers, disposal of redundant premises, H&S compliance and procurement of office equipment/furniture. The target move date was achieved and was successfully completed over one weekend with all staff being operational on Day 1 in new premises.

Client:- NHS England , Chester
Project Brief:- Project Management of the Procurement and Installation of Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment, for new 6,000sqm Health Centre, within a very tight timescale. This role also included the co-ordination of the Operational Set-up for the Building, as well as the Relocation Management for several Stakeholder Organisations, who were going to be working together in one building for the first time.
